Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1 -3 business days Mondat-Friday, excluding holidays.

Once you order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time 

. Standar U.S Shipping: 3-7 business days 

. Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days(if available)

. International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping cost are calculated at checkout based on the the destination and shipping method selected. 

Free shipping on U.S orders over $75. 

Tracking Information 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. 

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Sicilia's Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with a carrier. 

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Order returned due to incorrect address may require aditional shipping fees to be resent.
